Prosthodontics
Sometimes it is impossible to save a tooth. Fortunately, there are many ways to replace a lost tooth or even all lost teeth. Dental prosthetics deals with them.
Replacing lost teeth is not only a matter of a beautiful smile but also health. Prosthetic replacements will prevent the movement of the remaining teeth in the jaw and fully restore the chewing function.
Dental prosthetics can be mobile and fixed. Mobile prosthetics are complete and partial dental prosthesis and prosthesis on implants. Fixed includes implants, crowns or covers, veneers and a dental bridge.

Dental crowns or covers are a solution for severely damaged teeth. It will protect them, restore their functionality and healthy appearance. We make them from the most modern materials of the highest quality. Dental covers, as the name suggests, are pulled over the tooth and protect it from all sides.
How long does the procedure take?
Placing dental crowns and bridges requires several visits to the dentist. It is difficult to say exactly how long because each person is unique and we approach them that way.
New teeth are tried out until they “fit” perfectly and the patient is completely satisfied. The old folk saying: “Measure twice, cut once” also applies in our practice.
-
A dental bridge consists of several connected crowns and is the best solution for people who are missing one or more teeth and for people who have very weak and fragile teeth.
If you do not have teeth that would serve as support for a dental bridge, the dentist will install implants.
The process of making a dental bridge and the installation process is completely painless. During the manufacturing phase, replacement teeth are worn.

Dental veneers are a prosthetic service the role of which is primarily aesthetic. Dental veneers are responsible for what we call the Hollywood smile. Therefore, don't even think about a film career and a golden statue before you have your smile fixed in our dental studio.
Thanks to veneers, today everyone can have a perfect smile. Placing veneers is a painless procedure in which a thin porcelain shell that imitates tooth enamel is applied to the slightly polished front surface of the tooth.

As its name suggests, the mobile prosthesis can be removed from the jaw. The practice is to remove it before going to bed so that the gums can rest. The prosthesis should then be placed in distilled water.
When implementing mobile prosthesis, no surgical interventions are required. The only thing that is needed is time for a person to get used to a mobile prosthesis because it rests on the gums and bone and initially causes pain when chewing and uncertainty when speaking.
Unlike complete mobile prosthesis, partial prosthesis rest on the surrounding healthy teeth. If the person cannot get used to it and it falls out or moves, the dentist will fix it on the implants in the jaw.
-
There are fixed complete prosthesis that are fixed on four (All-on-4) or six (All-on-6) implants. More implants means more stability.
Semi-fixed prosthesis also includes implant prosthesis with a locator and implant prosthesis with a bar. Their advantage is that the person can take them off and clean them and put them back on the jaw. They are completely fixed, so it cannot happen that they fall out or move when talking or chewing food.
Implant prosthesis with a bar
Implant prosthesis with locator work on the buckle mechanism—a roller is installed in the implant, and a metal cap is installed in the dentures, and this semi-fixed denture is easy to remove and put back in place. The advantage of locators is their simple installation in the existing denture and their stability. Prosthesis on locators is most often done on the lower jaw.
Prosthesis on implants with a bar
In this case, the prosthesis is placed on a fixed metal bar that connects the implants (3 or 4, depending on the condition of the jaw). It has a slot in which the prosthesis fits. The bar, like the prosthesis, is made according to the patient's measurements, which guarantees full functionality.
Prosthesis on locators and prosthesis on bars are financially more favorable alternatives to fixed All on 4 and All on 6 solutions.
